It's cool, how stories like that spread and mutate, even faster now that we're in the digital age of gossip and urban legends.
What was coolest about this particular beastie was the fact that when you think about it, he was made from pure thought. Thought that could kill, frighteningly enough.
And oh lord, those "ghost hunter" guys. I am so glad Dean and Sam decided to prank them instead of each other in the end.
